Harrytown Catholic High School

"I have come that they have life, and have it to the full". John 10:10

School Bus Information

The school is serviced by 8 different buses (804, 843, 845, Y17, Y25, Y50, Y82 and Y97) that cover the majority of the Stockport area and are operated by Transport for Greater Manchester (Formally GMPTE). A full list of where these go from, the timetables and contact details for each are available in our download section.

The price of a weekly-scholars return ticket is £7 (previously £8.50 but for the relentless campaigning by some parents of Harrytown pupils). Pupils wishing to purchase this ticket must have a valid IGO card and purchase the ticket from the bus operator.

To apply for a Yellow School Bus pass visit the TfGM website.

This year to apply for a Free School Travel Pass please visit Stockport Council Website. This website contains information about travelling to school in Stockport and free bus passes. There are instructions on how to complete the Free School Travel on-line form and guidance on how to upload your child’s photograph. If you require any help this can be obtained by telephoning the Contact Centre on 0161 217 6028.

If you are unsure which bus services your home, please use the Transport for Greater Manchester route planner. This shows all the bus routes to Harrytown Catholic High School.
